J-B Thiery Association / immersive environments for training and preparation

We work with the J-B Thiery Association to recreate places and situations for staff training, disability awareness, and day-to-day support. The association also advises us on making our tools suitable for people with multiple disabilities.

What we build together Virtual environments for preparing visits, understanding situations, training staff, and supporting the people in their care.

Recreate a place before visiting it

A virtual version of a place can make it easier to explain what will happen, prepare for an activity, or practice a scenario before going there in person.

Prepare for an unfamiliar situation

Teams can walk through a visit, journey, sensitive situation, or training exercise in advance. This gives the person and their support team a clearer idea of what to expect.

Train staff through situations

Instead of relying on slides alone, staff can explore a concrete scenario, observe what happens, and discuss where support may be needed.

Build tools for the people being supported

The same environments can help people understand a place, anticipate a journey, or become familiar with a situation. They are not limited to staff training.

Inclusive company label

The J-B Thiery Association has awarded Cats & Foxes its inclusive company label. Its input helps us check our design choices against the needs of people with multiple disabilities, from early tests through to everyday use.

Could an immersive environment help your team?

If you need to prepare people for a journey or situation, make a place easier to understand, or train staff, we can define the brief and build a version for your team to test.
